Meghan Ferguson Sauder LICSW

“I am passionate about helping people adopt a growth mindset, become comfortable with discomfort, set consistent limits, and resolve conflicts peacefully and practically. I enjoy working with my clients to develop targeted strategies and actionable steps that lead to positive outcomes.”

Meghan Ferguson Sauder has over 25 years of experience supporting a diverse range clients in a number of different environments. She has worked with individuals, families, multiple private and public schools (some that specialize in supporting children with learning differences). These different roles have provided her opportunities to serve as a school counselor, act as head of a counseling department, design and implement both full classroom and small targeted group curriculum, teach health and wellness classes, and support families as a parent coach and therapist.

As a consultant, she uses her expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and emotional literacy and regulation to help her clients resolve conflict, reduce anxiety, and develop the skills and resilience they need to thrive. She also supports schools in the development and facilitation of school-wide initiatives and small targeted groups focused on building those same skills in the classroom.
